Originally from New Zealand, Tim was one of the founding engineers at FX Networks, notable for building New Zealand’s third nationwide fiber optic backbone. Tim led the design of various ISPs and Internet Exchanges as New Zealand’s internet infrastructure grew and developed.
Tim later led the Global Network Engineering & Acquisition organization at Twitter, and was Chief Technology Officer at Megaport, a worldwide automated SDN telco.
Tim has wide-ranging experience in engineering, architecture, and commercial strategy. Tim has spoken at numerous conferences and industry events worldwide, and leads our engagements with key clients.
Tim lives in San Francisco with his wife, Sarah. Tim spends his spare time in pursuit of smoking the perfect Texas-style brisket, and renovating his house.
